We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinicEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standardsManage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and schedulingDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and patient careMonitor and manage clinic budget and expensesMaintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentialityCollaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the highest level of patient careDevelop and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and healthcare providersEnsure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements  Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (will consider experience in lieu of degree)Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare managementDirect Ortho Experience Required Strong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of healthcare regulations and standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systemsKnowledge and experience in musculoskeletal specialties preferred
