Clinic Manager
Overview Travel to all onsite clinics and report to OH Program Manager., Frequentinterruptions,multipledeadlinesfrommultiplesources.Fast pacedManages operating and capital budget expenditures and effectively corrects discrepanciesin atimelyfashion.Ensures accreditation standards, licensing and regulatory requirements for NHSC, CLIA, OSHA, Radiation Protection, HIPAA, OIG, andothersasrequiredbyFederal orStatestatuesandasapplicabletothatspecificclinicsite.Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures for the clinic inconjunction with all FHPG with supervision, assistance, and monitoring from clinicadministration.Hires, trains, counsels, coaches, and supervises staff with assistance from FH HumanResourcedepartmentand FHCassociated guidelinesand policies.Resolves patient complaints/concerns and reports appropriately to clinic administratorsandFHMRHRiskManagement; identifiesthoseareaswhereprocessescouldbechangedtoassistinpreventingon-goingcomplaintsof this nature;correctsand monitors.Implements,monitors,andimproveseffectivereimbursementprocedures,includingCPTand ICD-10 coding, in compliance with established third party billing regulations,federal,state, commercial.Supports all administrative efforts regarding FHPG Compliance Plan, its implementationand ongoing maintenance.Maintenance is defined as staff education, audits, and pre andposttestingwere applicable.Manages assigned work queues and in-baskets in Epic.Monitors errors and appliescorrectionsthrough education of staff,etc. where needed.CollaborateswithCentralBillingOfficeregardingaccounts,outstandingbalances,financialplanning, andcollections.Monitors all operational processes throughout the clinic, identifying negative trends,patterns, and patient quality care issues; implements appropriate correction,documentation,andfollow-upmonitoring.  UtilizesPDCAwhenappropriate.Monitors and coordinates the correct, accurate collection of co-pays and any over thecounter payments, end of day balancing, and deposit functions, meeting compliancestandards.Facilitates clinic growth through efficiencies and easy effective access while reducingwaittimes andno showsituations. Qualifications

Minimum of four years’ experience in physician practice includingsupervisoryresponsibilities.Prefer at least 3 years of clinical experience Occupational Health or Convenient Care.

Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Valid NC CMA/LPN License

Required Certifications or must obtain with 90 days or hire:

Department of Transportation (DOT) urine collector DOT Breath Alcohol Tester Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist

Certified National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Spirometry
