Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Clinic Doctor (occupational health) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the EH&S Manager, this role involves responsibilities for General and emergency medical care, implementation and coordination of Preventive Medicine Campaigns, perform the Epidemiological Surveillance of Occupationally Exposed Personnel (POE's) to Work Hazards, together with the personnel of EH&S.

What a typical day looks like:

Coordinate and manage the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.Coordinate and supervise medical staff and ensure to developing of all records, equipment and programs related occupational health services.Manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety Staff.Responsible of operations and human resources to develop operations, programs and services providing content expertise.Supervise and ensure the assist with the accidents investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses.Ensure that direct patient care, case management and primary care for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries.Health hazard assessment and surveillance of employees’ populationResponsible for direct and indirect supervision of health services staff and enforcement of standards relating to occupational health and preventing health programs.Make decisions that can directly impact the health of employees and manages sensitive information related to employees´ health and company data.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s degree in medicine; master’s degree in occupational healthExperience with inspections and visits from STPS and IMSS.Certification in ISO 14000 and ISO 45000 standards.Proficiency in the English language.Ability to perform numerical analysis of information and KPIs.Strong leadership skills.
