Client Technical Support Consultant

In this role, you will provide first line technical support to clients and associates on ADPs payroll system, manage systems accesses and manage internal assets. The nature of your job is to understand system queries and provide basic technical support, building and maintaining sustainable client and associate relationships. Every day will be challenging because the requests you receive will vary. Not only can you find a career here but friendships that last in a company that values inclusion. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** Responsibilities What you can expect on a typical day: o Manage internal and client access to payroll systems and folders. o Manage client access to ADP systems. o Maintain client environments in Citrix. o Re-image and prepare laptops for new joiners & loan laptops o Manage internal IT assets **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** Qualifications: • A diploma / degree in Information Technology or any related qualification / experience.
