We are looking for a Client Support Specialist for one of my client based in the canton of Vaud. This is a permanent position.
The role is to ensure customer contact by answering phone calls, performing remote troubleshooting in French and Swiss German, billing, and shipping repair services.
Your main tasks are as follows:
– Handle customer, partner, and subsidiary returns comprehensively
– Ensure customer contact via email or phone and find solutions to their needs
– Be capable of performing first-level technical troubleshooting support to resolve issues remotely
– Enter necessary information into the CRM to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain good traceability of records
– Assist the Sales team with certain technical requests
– Place orders for the replacement of defective parts
– Billing and shipping orders in the ERP
– Occasionally help with unpacking, disinfecting, and recording devices
We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Swiss German and has a very good level of French and English.
Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, they are service-oriented, responsive, flexible, and capable of working efficiently. The candidate should be able to work independently in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.
