Overview: As a Client Support Specialist, you will partner with Guardian General Agencies to enhance the customer experience with existing clients. You will provide a high level of support to customers, agents and brokers on inforce policies.

Collaborate with General Agents, Financial Representatives, and staff members to help service clientsAssist with policy issues and provide problem resolutionIdentify potential sales and planning opportunitiesReview policy information and run inforce illustrationsDeliver high level of support to clients, agents and brokersCultivate and maintain strong relationships with our consumers, financial advisors, and other stakeholders.You have:
3+ years insurance experience and strong life insurance knowledgeLife and Health LicensesCollege Degree or relevant work experienceExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong sense of accountabilityMust be detailed oriented, able to follow processes and procedures and document effectively Possess excellent time management skills Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Location: Bethlehem, PA, Pittsfield, MA or Holmdel, NJ
Salary Range:
$57,810.00 - $86,715.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
