Client Success & Order Support Specialist

As a **Customer Success Specialist** for the **Asset Protection product line** , you'll have the opportunity to impact many areas of the business, from assisting clients directly to collaborating with engineering and production teams. This role offers valuable exposure and growth opportunities, all while helping ensure a smooth, successful client experience. Join our diverse, driven team and contribute to continuous improvement—both for our customers and ourselves! **Key Responsibilities** **Client & Product Support:** + Provide tier 1 quotations and technical documentation, escalating to tier 2 support when necessary. + Triage inbound client requests and offer phone support as the first point of contact. + Proactively guide clients from the initial quote through to order fulfillment, ensuring their success every step of the way. + Assist with order entry and provide a seamless transition from order creation to delivery. **Order Management:** + Use **Salesforce** to manage orders from entry to delivery, addressing customer inquiries promptly. + Support clients proactively, ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire order process. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, proposing solutions based on established options. **Qualifications & Skills:** + A minimum of **1 year of customer service experience** in a similar role. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong phone etiquette. + A focus on **customer success** , with a passion for continuous process improvement. + Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems. + A team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with **Salesforce** and **Oracle** . + Familiarity with **electric power transmission and distribution** (ideal but not required). + **Bilingual** skills are a plus. **Why Join Us:** + **Growth Opportunities** : The exposure you’ll receive across different departments will offer clear paths for career advancement. + **Dynamic Team** : Work alongside a driven, diverse team that thrives on innovation and continuous improvement. + **Collaborative Environment** : Make a real impact on the client experience and contribute to the overall success of the business. **Fortive Corporation Overview** Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
