We are looking for a proactive, strategic and client-focused **Client Success Manager** to help vacation rental professionals fully leverage our platform. This is a **high-impact, strategic role** where you’ll collaborate across teams to ensure our clients stay ahead in the rapidly evolving vacation rental industry. **Position Overview** As a **Client Success Manager** , you will own the full lifecycle of client relationships, **guiding vacation rental managers through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement** , ensuring they maximize the impact of BookingsCloud. You’ll help clients **turn data into actionable insights** , improve marketing efficiency, and reduce dependency on OTAs, while driving long term retention and satisfaction. **Ideal candidates are** : + **Curious and motivated problem solvers** who enjoy working in fast-paced environments. + **Client-facing professionals** who excel at building relationships and delivering value. + **Tech-savvy marketers or consultants** who understand digital marketing and automation tools. **Key Responsibilities:** **Client Onboarding, Engagement & Retention** + Guide new clients through **the onboarding and adoption process** for BookingsCloud. + Proactively **build trust and rapport** , ensuring clients understand best practices and maximize value. + Provide **strategic consultation** to help clients **increase direct bookings and optimize revenue** . + Own the overall client journey, monitoring adoption milestones, measuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand platform usage. **Customer Success & Strategy** + Act as the **primary point of contact** for assigned accounts, ensuring clients meet their goals. + Assess client needs, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions that drive measurable results. + **Maintain strong client relationships** that support renewals and account growth. + **Document client success stories** and share best practices with the team. **Collaboration & Insights** + Work cross-functionally with **sales, marketing, and product teams** to enhance customer experience. + Develop **monthly performance reports** highlighting campaign effectiveness and software value. + Partner with marketing to drive **client referrals and case study development** . **Qualifications:** + **3-5 years of experience** in customer success, account management, sales, or digital marketing. + **Strong communication & strategic thinking** with the ability to build client relationships. + **Process-oriented problem solver** who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + **Tech-savvy & adaptable** , comfortable with SaaS platforms, data analytics, and marketing automation. + **Industry experience preferred** – knowledge of vacation rentals, short-term rentals, or hospitality. + Demonstrated experience in **managing client accounts** with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and delivery excellence. **Additional Information** Advance Local Media offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with affordable options for your healthcare including medical, dental and vision plans, mental health support options, flexible spending accounts, fertility assistance, a competitive 401(k) plan to help plan for your future, generous paid time off, paid parental and caregiver leave and an employee assistance program to support your work/life balance, optional legal assistance, life insurance options, as well as flexible holidays to honor cultural diversity.
