Summary:
Concentrix is looking for a Customer Success Manager. You will focus on client satisfaction, success, and long-term success. CSM bridges the client and the organization, ensuring that the client's needs are met, problems are resolved, and opportunities are explored. Responsible for monthly Executive Steering / Stakeholder meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and monthly issue and performance reporting. This is a remote role but will require occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Analyze financial data, including project budgets.Provide financial reports and budget outlines to CNX and client executives.Manage the program P&L and assess financial implications and cost savings opportunitiesResource Management:
Oversee overall resource allocation and manage financial implications.Collaborate with department leaders to ensure optimal resource utilization.Contract and Change Management:
Ensure contract adherence and manage scope changes.Draft and improve existing project management office policies and processes needed to support the program.Handle change requests and escalations efficiently.Client Stakeholder Management:
Maintain regular communication with client executives and stakeholders.Provide status reports, manage change requests, and address escalations.Risk and Quality Management:
Track risks across various workstreams and implement mitigation strategies.Oversee quality assurance to uphold company standards.Project Planning and Management:
Orchestrate planning and project management, including setting deadlines.Manage team leaders to ensure contracted deliverables are met.Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure day-to-day execution of the technical project plan, addressing technical risks and issues.Qualifications:
Bachelors degreeStrong Collaboration skills with experience across IT, Finance, HR, Legal and other departments.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organiational leadership skillsEffective communication and reporting skillsSalary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $118,647- $177,970, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
