The Client Success Analyst will handle client inquiries and add-on projects while providing a high level of technical support to the Intapp user community. This full-time position offers a strong career growth opportunity to develop valuable professional services skills working among an enthusiastic team in London when offices reopen. The analyst will ensure all high priority issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

What you’ll do:

Consultative Support: The Analyst is expected to fully learn the Intapp DealCloud products and services, and will be responsible for offering client best practices and a consultative approach to ongoing client supportClient Education: Assist clients with questions regarding training, platform configuration, work flow and new processesClient Satisfaction and Product Adoption: The Analyst must ensure that his/her assigned clients are “raving fans” of the product, service and company. You will analyze success metrics to determine adoption trends and collaborate with the Client Advisory team on how to improve adoption for specific clientsQuality: The Analyst will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of solution quality in the eyes of our clients

What you’ll need:

Client Success or Technical/Product Support experience requiredStrong Excel skills and competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite requiredAn undergraduate business, computer science degree or other related degreesStrong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in partnership with clientsSuperior troubleshooting, evaluative, and technical problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, strong work ethic, and a “whatever it takes to get it done” mentalityWillingness to roll-up up your sleeves to get the job done while contributing to the overall success of the companyStrong organizational skills and is an effective plannerExperience with SQL is a plus!
