Your Impact
Sharethrough is looking for an exceptionally motivated and solution-driven Client Solutions Manager to become a valuable member of our Demand Side team. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting and nurturing key account clients within Agencies and Brands. You'll excel in comprehending and flawlessly executing their digital advertising strategies and campaign objectives. Your ability to foster relationships, both externally with clients and internally with the team will be crucial as you collaborate closely with our Sales organization. Together, you'll craft innovative solutions for our current and future partners, contributing to the growth of your book of business and Sharethrough as a whole. Your industry knowledge and proficiency in account management will be assets as you collaborate with our high-performing team to exchange strategies and further enrich your expertise.About The Role Leverage your DSP experience to provide support in setting up deals, guiding advertisers with campaign trafficking,  identifying and resolving issues,  & ensuring smooth campaign launch, delivery and performance.Foster and support the growth of strategic partnerships of key accounts through premium, white-glove, customer service and programmatic industry knowledge in both a self service and managed service environment.Acts as the quarterback for Managed Service Campaign launches, including owning conversations with internal operations teams as well as clients regarding all aspects of campaign execution.Actively engage with clients in the market, taking part in client meetings, and participating in on-site meetings and events in coordination with the Sales team.Mine valuable insights leveraging internal reporting tools, such as Looker & Snowflake, to provide clients with real time insights and optimization strategies as well as post campaign reporting and recommendations.Identify additional revenue and performance opportunities to grow existing business and secure additional ad spend with Sharethrough.Act as the liaison between our internal Sharethrough stakeholders, such as the Product Development team, to help facilitate rapid adaptation to changes in the programmatic landscape, while ensuring our documentation is kept up to date.
