The Role
Assist in the development and implementation of servicing strategies. Support the servicing team manager in coordinating placements. Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records. Communicate with client to ensure alignment with placement goals. Provide administrative support to the placement team. Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts related to client queries.The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience in a placement or recruitment environment is preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office and placement software.Organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Problem-solving and administrative skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Fluent in English and Arabic, verbal and written.Application Process
