Job Description

This position is responsible for

Answering client’s requests on phone or in person, entering client and sample;   Information into LIMS, preparing supplies and bottles requests for clients, and ensuring that projects are processed quickly and delivered on time to operations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Receiving samples from clients at the counter directly or by courier deliverySorting the samples and making note of any deficienciesDiscussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessaryUsing the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to log-in the samples and generate labelsPreparing bottles for client pick-up or shippingAssisting in answering the phones/email

Note this is a Scientific admin role and no analytical testing is carried out.
