The Client Services Coordinator will be working directly with the Client Account Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Directors to assist in delivering best-in-class service to the client. This position will be responsible for consistent and timely communication to internal teams as well as clients.  This role will handle daily client order entry, EDI compliance and Pulse reporting.  This person must be able to effectively communicate client updates, issues, reporting deadlines, red-flags, and any other pertinent information they handle each day, as needed. This role requires aggressive follow-up and task completion in a timely manner with zero procrastination.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain accurate, client-specific record and reporting via Smart Sheet on the status of work in progress, work completed, and any obstacles or issues.Support the Sales and Operations teams as an escalation point for the bumps in the road associated with new or existing clients.Maintain the customer service in-box by prioritizing and following up in a timely manner.Accurately update, modify, and track the pertinent information within database accordingly.Document all records, conversations, and follow-ups in real time.Research, solve and document customer problems in a timely manner.Daily interface and order completion within EDI and PulseRun reports online and compare against information in EDI for accuracy.Assist Client Account Managers and Sales Managers in the development and implementation of special projects, within the scope of this position, that develops a positive client relationship while driving value and internal savings.Assist in the management of key accounts which include nationally recognized retailers and brands.Candidate should be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients by phone, email, and in-writing.Candidate needs to be able to problem solve, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, multi- task effectively and work well under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office range of products.Excellent customer service, problem solving and relationship management skills with the ability to convey a positive attitude while maintaining a high degree of competence, diplomacy, and tact.Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsProficient in Excel (including pivot tables and V-lookups)Ability to adapt and learn new programs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years’ experience in a continuous role such as medical office, banking, or finance institution.
