Summary
The Client Service Administrator (CSA) position is critical for achieving leverage of the advisor’s time. Role supports daily operations of the practice including responding to client service requests, completing post meeting work, maintaining client information, and other administrative tasks as assigned. This position is employed by Pine Lake Financial Associates.Compensation for this position is $30-45,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Prepare or coordinate the preparation of correspondence, reports, and special projectsOversee projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as neededDrive client facing activity in the practice by scheduling meetings with clientsUpdate Salesforce with client contact and preference informationAssist Lead Advisors with preparation and follow up for client meetingsMay attend client meetings and take notesResearch products, product pricing and contacting carriers for informationAnswer basic questions for clientsMay fill out and sign Variable Life/Variable Annuity/Mutual Fund/Brokerage applications to the point of signatureShow clients how to access their accounts and read statementsFill out necessary forms for opening or maintaining accountsSet up and retrieve reports in the portfolio management systemOther responsibilities as assigned by the Lead AdvisorPosition Qualifications
Previous administrative/secretarial experience desiredStrong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learnAbility to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptionsAbility to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential informationBasic understanding of Pine Lake Financial Assocaites, our products and services, and Thrivent FinancialCompetencies

Must be able to work with all roles of the Pine Lake Financial AssociatesMust be able to represent the organization in work with external clientsMust be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizationsAs part of Pine Lake Financial Assocaites recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process. In addition, fingerprints will be taken for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
