A day in the life.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our cohort for our Centralized Account Service Team beginning on June 2nd!

Through our cohort, you will onboard and train with a group of peers to prepare for a successful transition in our Client Service Representative role. As our Client Service Representative on the Business Insurance team, you’ll provide administrative support in the new and renewal marketing process and daily servicing of accounts. Responsibilities include creating pre-renewal summaries, constructing proposals, preparing policies for delivery, issuing certificates of insurance, and processing final audits and endorsements.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.1 + years of experience working in customer service.Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively service customersMust be a self-starter and can multi-task, be detailed, and meet deadlines.Property/casualty license or ability to attain is required.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Prior knowledge of the commercial insurance industryBachelor’s degreeProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,700 to $64,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
