Client Service Representative
Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative for a client in Owings Mills, MD. This is a direct-hire position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role will involve managing and resolving inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: + Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial accounts, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. + Order Management: Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. Work with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies or delays. + Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary. + Account Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate client information, including billing, contact details, and service requests in the customer database. + Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients. + Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with commercial clients, proactively reaching out to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention. + Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. + Reporting: Track customer service metrics, and provide reports on trends, issues, and feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred. + 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within a commercial or B2B environment. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a customer-centric approach. + Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). + Knowledge of commercial account management practices and business services is a plus. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
