Client Service Representative

VCA Anderson Mill Animal Hospital located in Austin, Texas is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our 2-doctor General Practice! 

Location:  13542 North Highway 183, Austin, Texas 78750

Schedule: Full-time opportunity. Flexible scheduling.  Monday-Friday, 7a-6p.  We are hiring 1 person for this position.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 / hour. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.

We need a Client Service Representative to support the Technician and Doctor team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent—by delivering an outstanding client experience—so we can provide exceptional care to every patient.

Our team is made up of experienced professionals focused on providing progressive, high-quality medicine. We are looking for a Client Service Representative committed to providing excellent customer service, with confidence and compassion. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to multi-task and place a high priority on teamwork.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting clients, assisting clients in person and over the phone, differentiating routine cases from emergency cases, scheduling and confirming appointments, inputting accurate and detailed data, managing the retrieval and storage of medical records, generating invoices, processing payments, consistently providing a superb client experience to both internal and external clients, working with emotional clients with compassion and understanding.
