A day in the life.

As our Client Service Coordinator on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll assist in the overall servicing of assigned accounts, handling day-to-day workflow of the servicing process, completing administrative tasks, and effectively communicating with Consultants/Producers, Client Management teams and clients through marketing, prospecting and servicing new and renewal business.

Aptitude to learn technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverageAbility to work in the team environment – work well and efficiently with multiple people and different personalities while juggling multiple deadlinesStrong organizational skills and eagerness to ask questions

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Prior insurance experienceKnowledge with Benefit Point, Image right, and/or Applied/EPIC AMSActive Life and Health license (required after hire if not already licensed)
