This position is ideal for individuals interested in building a successful career in the insurance industry. As part of our team, you will work closely with senior account managers, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to a wide range of commercial insurance products and services. How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities: Assist account managers with daily tasks, including client inquiries, policy management, and renewal processes. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service. Review and analyze insurance policies, coverages, and endorsements. Prepare and process insurance applications and renewal documentation. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to ensure timely policy issuance and updates. Continuously expand your knowledge of commercial insurance through training and certifications. What We're Looking For: A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Interest in building a career in the insurance industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
