We currently have an opportunity for a Client Service Associate - Retirement Plans & Financial Wellness to join our Retirement and Private Wealth team in our Bethesda, MD & McLean, VA office.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing client reviews and providing administrative support to the advisor’s to ensure our clients experience outstanding service.  The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with our Client Service Team, including Directors, Advisors, and Relationship Managers, on client service items, including:Maintaining, monitoring, and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Coordinating and preparing CRM reports on a regular basis and ad hoc reports as requested by advisory team.Under manager’s direction, preparing client reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, agendas, memos and forms.Preparing, printing, and organizing documents for client meetings, as well as uploading finalized reports to iPads.Responding to incoming client and advisor requests as needed.Assist with scheduling meetings for the advisory team as requested.Assist our Financial Wellness Team with items such as:Preparing materials for financial wellness and employee education events and presentations.Maintaining, monitoring, and updating the financial wellness Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareTracking Financial Wellness program participation by client and monitoring quantitative and qualitative data to help determine the program’s success.Assist with firm and team goals and ad hoc reporting requests from the teamAssist with office wide projects

Qualifications:

Background in financial services or employee benefits including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments preferred, but not requiredExceptional customer service experienceExcellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency with technology including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systemsAbility to interact with people across all levels of the businessStrong attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills
