Client Reporting Specialist

The Client Reporting Specialist will assist the Client Services Manager or Account Manager in creating customer reports to ensure contract deliverables are met and reports are produced in a timely and in accordance with established requirements. Being committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through insightful reporting and data-driven insights.

 

Responsibilities:

Produce customer reports as contractually obligated or requested. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in reporting processes and content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Services, Field Service Operations, Support Center to gather requirements and insights for report creation. Know the formal and informal departmental goals, standards, policies, and procedures, and have some familiarity of that of other departments. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer reporting and analytics, incorporating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Create reports using established process and procedures to ensure consistency.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience required. 1-3 years’ experience in quality improvement, program management, or operations. Ability to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g., contract language). Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules. Must be able to prioritize own workload and use own initiative in the absence of supervision. Advanced MS Office Skills. Attention to detail, formatting, and consistency in presentations that are created. Organizational skills, clear written and coral communication skills. Knowledge of data collection, analytical skills, and interpretation with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ability to handle multiple high priority escalations and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical knowledge in Data Storage or Servers or Program Management Certification, a plus. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL and/or other data querying languages.
