Client Relations Adminstrator (Hybrid)

Broadridge is hiring! The role of the Client Relations Administrator is to provide superior client levels of service to our clients while acting as Broadridge's face to the client. The Client Relations Administrator is the first point of contact for their clients and is expected to address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and provide support through our robust suite of products and services. Additional responsibilities include communicating with existing clients in person, over the telephone, or through email to address their needs and provide guidance and industry expertise.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in Corporate Clients and our internal processes while broadening capabilities.Develops strong Client Relationships while ensuring Client Satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.Works with a more complex client base to plan proxy and interim distributions accurately and efficiently for both Registered and Beneficial shareholder base.Provides timely and accurate updates to clients regarding mailing status, voting, and other inquiries and issues that may arise over the course of the project.Partners with other team members, as well as other departments, to continually add efficiency to our internal processes as well as to increase client satisfaction.Appropriately communicates and escalates external client concerns in a timely manner to mitigate risk.Updates and monitors internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each campaign.Solves problems with straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, sound judgment and precedents.Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to solve problems and advise clients accordingly.Effectively participates or leads projects designed to improve client satisfaction and gain greater processing efficiencies.Assist with the training and mentoring of Junior Associates to aid in self-development while strengthening the team.Participates in annual departmental and cross-functional training to broaden industry knowledge and experience.Uses and creates departmental procedures and participates in the annual review process to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of each procedure.

Qualifications:

2-3 years experience in a client service or client-facing role.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Must be detail oriented, demonstrate the ability to multi-task, and have excellent time management skills.Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Possess the ability to establish good personal and working relationships with clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $29.00-$31.25 per hour depending on experienceBonus Eligibility: Annual bonusPaid Time off: 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 3 personal days per yearBenefits: Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance. 401k w/ match, parental leave, and more.
