As a key member of the SymphonyAI Financial Services team, you will manage 1-2 large strategic accounts, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional value and service. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening client relationships, driving account growth, and aligning our solutions with our clients' business objectives. Job Description What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth, maximize client satisfaction, and ensure the successful adoption of SymphonyAI Financial Services solutions. Monitor account performance, identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and introduce additional products or services. Address and resolve any client issues or challenges, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and successful outcomes. What You’ll Bring Account Management Experience: Extensive experience managing large accounts, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors, with a proven track record of driving growth and client satisfaction. Relationship-Building Skills: Strong ability to build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align solutions with client business goals. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
