CTG is seeking a Client Partner with expertise in selling Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations for pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, or medical device manufacturers. Key Responsibilities: Meet or exceed individually assigned quotas. Lead pursuit teams to produce effective client solutions that win business. Collaborate with channel partners and demand generation activities to produce new opportunities. Develop comprehensive and differentiated proposal responses. Partner with Recruiting for effective delivery of client solutions with the appropriate IT skill set, experience, and financial objectives. Identify obstacles in the sales process and define CTG strategies to overcome them. Collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to develop account plans, strategies, and sales win plans. Leverage existing relationships and build new ones at all levels of the customer organization. Call on existing relationships to grow business. Establish new relationships inside and outside of IT. Provide regular status updates on customer requirements, changes that may affect our support, and forecasts into the clients' business environment. Report on weekly meetings and other metrics. Monitor client AR to ensure that invoices do not go beyond 90 days. Perform other duties as required to fulfill responsibilities. Duties: Prospect for new client business through personal selling, channel partners, and marketing-generated leads. Expand and grow business within established accounts. Research client issues, business problems, and pains using market intelligence and effective listening skills. Present solutions and strategies to prospects and clients that foster confidence, solve business problems, and strengthen relationships. Develop and maintain territory, account, and win plans. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in selling application services, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (AX). Knowledge of ITIL principles is a plus. Professional knowledge, social skills, flexibility, and commitment to winning and maintaining client trust. Bachelor's or master's degree. Willingness to travel. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
