Culture, growth and wellbeing underline all aspects of Publicis Global Delivery. \#WeArePGD **Overview** This role actively participates in supporting a wide range of operational and billing processes for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity,always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible. **Responsibilities** + Client Invoice Creation & Draft Billing ReportLead Open Items report: Open Items & Billing report + Support Budget Reports, Retainer tracking, Budget recon, Monthly Budget Tracker + Client Weekly Reports + Support the creation of Competitive reports: Brand Score Card, Weekly Report, Brand Model(Abby Report) + Holiday Competitive tracker. **Qualifications** + Communication Skills - Advanced English Level B2 + Attention to detail & accuracy• Initiative• Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines• Continuous learning• Collaborating with others• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Self sufficiency• MS Excel
