Client Onboarding Coordinator
About The RoleThe Client Onboarding Coordinator is key in driving Network growth and ensuring customer adoption by executing and assisting with onboarding campaigns. 

About You:Fluent in spoken and written English and SwedishProficiency in Finnish is an advantageStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in customer interactions / Customer serviceIdeally be able to work on a Hybrid mix, although remote could be considered.
You will: Coordinate and execute on our onboarding campaigns with the goal to successfully onboard our customers’ suppliers to our Platform to help grow our Network and extended Network reach Supplier and Customer outreach via phone and email and provide guidance on our different optionsHand over leads to the Sales team for further follow upServe as SPOC for customer contact, reporting and onboarding campaign status follow-ups with the customers and attend customer calls at set frequencyCollaboration with other key departments within the organisation (Interoperability, Professional Services, Marketing etc.)Successfully utilise our internal tools (Eloqua, Salesforce, Dato etc.) to set up and execute on our campaignsCoordinate information together with marketing to push digital marketing campaignsManage and keep track of continuous key learnings and share learnings with larger groupWork closely with the Interop team to keep track and identify new potential Interoperability PartnersBe a part of a team that is highly motivated and valued internally and by our customers
