Job Details
Our Worldpanel Analytics team is one of our most complex and diverse within the business. Your role will be project based and client facing, giving you the opportunity to build upon existing relationships across all verticals. Our business has cultivated strong relationships with numerous enterprises and your work will cut across a variety of industries including clients such as Tesco, Unilever and ebay. This role is specifically connected to the solutions we can deliver using data from our exciting and innovative receipt snapping, shopper panel.
You will be expected to support your Director with the direction and growth of the portfolio, supporting our Analytics and Shopper Satisfaction (CX/CSAT) offers. The role will see you responsible for managing, delivering and helping pitch custom solutions to our clients. This will involve analysing our shopper data sets to tackle a variety of business questions. You should be motivated by establishing relationships both internally at Kantar and with external client contacts. Your aim will be to use these to deliver impactful projects that make a difference for our clients, ensuring client satisfaction and helping to nurture future commercial opportunities
Successful candidates will have a consultative and curious approach. They will be able to manage a range of different collaborators and will therefore be adaptable and strong communicators.
You should also be curious about data and be comfortable solving analytical problems. The role requires an individual who can transform shopper data into digestible insights for clients that will help them make better business decisions.
