We are seeking a Client Service Manager to join our State Quitline team. This role works closely with our product, engineering, billing, evaluation and reporting teams to support managing our Medicaid Managed Care Organization (MCO) accounts. You are highly detailed oriented, can thrive in a deadline driven environment and have a passion for Public Health. The Client Service Management team supports States and MCO’s in managing their budgets, report deliverables, consulting on Quitline changes based on the needs of the State and positively supports revenue growth with solution-based services for our clients. This is an ideal position for a candidate who is passionate about Public Health, has experience in client management and furthering the work of tobacco and nicotine cessation!
What You’ll Do
Serves as the primary day to day contact and manages Medicaid Managed Care Organizations accounts Acts as a client advocate and proactively partners with/lead teams to exceed client expectations Builds a strong working partnership with the internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Contributes to renewal, identification of expansion/enhancement opportunities, facilitate contract changes and updates Provides consultative services to clients to address service delivery needs, to provide quarterly business review meetings, and invite formal and informal feedback on Optum solutions, delivery, innovation, and relationship Deliver expected revenue and margins for current and new customers and their solutions Engages cross-functional teams on the delivery of relevant products, escalating issues where necessary and driving to resolution Monitor key performance indicators for all clients, maintaining a client status indicator Assists in RFP writing for existing and potential clients to continue growth of the State Quitlines Create strategic plans to target priority populations 15% of your time dedicated to client travel to accommodate onsite visits and conference attendance
