What You'll Do As a Client Intelligence Analyst for our Institutional market, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging refined client data with actionable insights to inform high-level business strategies. This role serves as a key partner to distribution and client service leaders, as well as C-Suite executives, by using outputs from Salesforce CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to produce high-level reports and insights. These efforts support decision-making at the organizational level, enhancing client relationships and driving institutional sales and client servicing initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to: Extract and organize client data from Salesforce CRM, BI tools, surveys, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with the BI and Advanced Analytics team to ensure seamless access to curated datasets and analytics outputs. Analyze client patterns, pipeline activity, risk metrics, and engagement trends to uncover actionable insights. Find opportunities for improving client engagement and service delivery. Develop high-level client segmentation models based on factors like demographics, revenue contribution, and engagement metrics. Align segmentation insights with business strategies to target high-value opportunities effectively. Create polished, static reports and dashboards tailored for leadership, regional, and channel-level distribution teams. Synthesize complex analytics into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to provide context for institutional sales and service initiatives. Analyze qualitative and quantitative client feedback to find opportunities for service enhancement and innovation. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years professional experience Experience in institutional sales, financial services, or asset management industries Familiarity with data visualization best practices and storytelling through data Proven research experience in using diverse data sources to analyze trends in demographics, marketing, sales, and other client attributes Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively across analytics, sales, and executive teams High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and relevance of client insights Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI Basic understanding of statistical methods and machine learning concepts (supported by the Decision Analytics team) Comfortable working with large datasets and summarizing key insights for leadership Skills That Will Help You Stand Out: Skilled in transforming complex data into clear, concise and actionable insights through reports and presentations for leadership decision-making within institutional asset management markets Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $81900 - $147600 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible No Additional Information Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
