This renowned multi-disciplinary studio, with a prestigious international client base including global cities, brands, and renowned architectural firms, is seeking a highly experienced Architect or spatial designer. Their portfolio features significant projects such as wayfinding systems for mega-developments in the Middle East, stadia, transport infrastructure, visitor experience designs, and exhibition projects. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for major projects in the Middle East, from concept to completion. Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project objectives. Develop and present compelling design proposals, providing guidance to junior designers. Ensure designs are both functional and visually striking. Formulate design strategies for wayfinding, exhibitions, and interior projects.

Skills & Experience:

Professional degree in architecture, interior design, landscape design, or a related spatial design discipline. Extensive experience in leading projects across various sectors. Expertise in preparing detailed design and construction documentation. Strong project management skills, including managing team resources and meeting client expectations. Exceptional conceptual design abilities and proficiency in conveying ideas through various graphic media. Strong analytical skills and strategic design thinking. Advanced proficiency in 3D software (Rhino, VRAY, Enscape) and 2D software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional English.
