MARSH is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Sandton office:

CLIENT EXECUTIVE – Professional Indemnity

As Client Executive you will provide comprehensive Insurance service and support to Marsh clients and to consistently deliver high level of service. Ensure organizational compliance to Company policies, procedures and legislation.

We will rely on you to:

Provide excellent service to your portfolio of clients, and write New Business as required in terms of budget

Ensure successful renewal of insurance contracts

Negotiate and structure insurance solutions for your clients

Assist the Head of PI in the preparation of budget and understand the importance of client profitability

Keep abreast with the local insurance markets

Ensure that technical, claims and service delivery standards are properly implemented for the client in terms of quality management systems

Ensure all products and services available within Marsh Africa are marketed to the client as appropriate

Negotiation of annual fee with client in accordance to the budget 

Ensure that premiums are collected and properly matched internally

What you need to have:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Professional Indemnity sales and client service delivery function

Strong Professional Indemnity knowledge

Claims knowledge

BCom degree or relevant formal Insurance related qualification

FAIS compliant including RE1

Fluent in English

Able to travel when required

Valid driver’s license

What makes you stand out:

Experience in dealing with large complex PI placements, especially large legal firms

Experience in dealing with C-suite of Large Corporate clients

Experience in placing multi national placements would be beneficial

Knowledge of Cyber and Commercial Crime would be beneficial
