Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client accounts to understand their business needs and objectives.Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Strada Global's products and services, thereby contributing to revenue growth.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and plans that align with their goals and the capabilities of Strada Global.Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their requirements.Client Support: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for renewals, extensions, and additional services, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of client accounts using relevant metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.Qualifications:
Proven experience in a client-facing sales or business development role, preferably within IT/HR/BPO industries.Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies for growing existing client accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a complex, results-driven international environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldYou have professional proficiency in French and very good level of EnglishWhy Join Strada Global?
