Job DescriptionThe Client Delivery Manager has the responsibility of ensuring a positive client experience for client deliveries within Consumer Information Services & Analytics domain.
Reporting into our Head of Customer Success you will manage the efficient delivery of client solutions via a team of client delivery analysts. You will need to have a detailed understanding demand pipeline and their client deliveries. This will be achieved by working with Go To Market and the Client to schedule deliveries that align to client plans and by applying the required framework governance throughout the delivery phases.
Client delivery:
Work with client and Go To Market to interpret complex logical requirements from lenders to implement their credit policiesGuide the remediation activityMaintain existing solutions and provide solutions for new clientsSupport clients through regulatory requirements, change processes and security standardsOversee the maintenance and upkeep of documentation for operational processesClient Experience:
Communicate performance and reporting for all partnersBring adherence to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of Clients React to all client feedback (NPS) and utilise this data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to improve the service we deliverQualificationsA degree in a STEM subject with numerical skills A background in analytics or technical deliveryExperience working collaboratively, leads by example and inspires trust of othersExperience using Excel for data manipulation and presentationAdditional InformationBenefits package includes:
