Job Description

To build a readily available pipeline of the Next Generation Leader using an integrated approach, thereby ensuring future leaders have the necessary competencies and skillset that not only include Financial and Business acumen but that also extend to skillsets pertaining to Leadership, Risk Mitigation, Behavioural science, Analytics, Operational Management etc.  

To integrate several core capabilities to align customer, financial, commercial, risk, digital and people outcomes to the Banks Strategy.

FAIS accredited Undergraduate or Honours qualification in: 

Bachelor of Commerce with majors in:
