CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Client Construction Manager to join our Power & Manufacturing – Gas Engineering Team working at a client site in Tappan, NY.
YOUR IMPACTCHA has a long track record of delivering safe, cost-efficient, and reliable designs for gas transmission pipelines, custody transfer stations, distribution mains, regulator stations, and customer connections. Our team can also certify plans and help gas utilities navigate the process of bringing infrastructure projects into regulatory compliance and enhance quality control.
The Client Construction Manager will be a primary point of contact, representing CHA at the project site. This individual will be responsible for providing overall on-site field administration, support, some supervision, inspection, and technical management for construction operations. The professional in this role will coordinate and execute the work, along with the Project Manager, in accordance with the plans/specifications and remain consistent with the project schedule.

REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of construction site management experienceOSHA 10-hour certification preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independentlyAbility to travel locally as neededAbility to read and comprehend construction plans and documentsStrong site management experienceDetailed reporting experienceAbility to build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and general contractors SALARY RANGE:$77,000 - $91,500
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
