BRIEF DESCRIPTION / OVERVIEW: 

We are looking for a Client Associate. You will assist wealth managers and financial planners in preparing and processing paperwork to open and maintain client accounts.  You will resolve any account related issues that occur, process distributions and contributions to client accounts by either check or electronic means.  Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing essential tasks related to delivering exceptional service to a client, preparing paperwork, managing account transfer, recordkeeping, data entry and communicating with custodians, advisors, client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily practice, including coordinating and preparing meeting materialsCommunicate with both clients and internal staff to resolve account-related issuesOversee new and existing account paperwork and service requests, including account transfersDirect client contributions and distributions via ACH/wire/checkAdminister recordkeeping across multiple systemsManage alternative asset reporting and data entryPerform compliance and business reportingOther projects as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degreePrior experience in financial services field preferredPrior experience with Custodial and Orion platformsStrong communication skillsDetail-orientedMicrosoft Office/Windows 10 experience
