The Client Associate will be the driving force behind seamless operational execution and exceptional client satisfaction, expertly coordinating cross-functional teams including client success, delivery, and the vertical team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Client Lead, you will serve as the central point of contact, providing rapid and precise responses to client and internal inquiries, and delivering insightful sales reports. As a Client Associate within the retail vertical, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless deal execution. Exciting projects will include developing and managing comprehensive sales documentation and coordinating complex deal flows. Key responsibilities encompass managing insertion orders, providing swift and accurate client support, and fostering seamless coordination between teams to maximize client satisfaction
**What You’ll Achieve**
+ Client & Team Coordination:
+ Serve as a central point of contact between vertical teams, client success, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of deals and initiatives.
+ Provide proactive and timely responses to client and internal team inquiries, reducing delays and optimizing communication.
+ Take ownership of issue resolution, ensuring all client requests are addressed with accuracy and urgency.
+ Sales Operations & Process Optimization:
+ Support sales teams in deal execution, managing paperwork, insertion orders, and contract processes efficiently.
+ Ensure error-free documentation, including sales contracts, client information, and insertion orders, to maintain data accuracy.
+ Manage and maintain CRM systems, sales reports, and performance metrics, improving visibility and driving better decision-making.
+ Assist in preparing client proposals, quotes, presentations, and RFPs to support sales growth and client engagement.
**Who You Are**

+ 5+ years of hands-on experience in sales support, client services, or marketing operations, demonstrating a strong foundation in operational excellence.
+ A track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions to streamline processes and enhance team performance.
+ Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
+ A demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, building strong partnerships and fostering a collaborative team culture.
+ Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools, performance analytics, and operational insights to drive data-informed decisions and improvements.
+ A solid understanding of marketing and sales operations, particularly within digital advertising, AdTech solutions, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
+ Experience managing critical administrative tasks, including quotes, contracts, invoices, order processing, and customer onboarding.
+ Skilled in using CRM platforms for lead tracking, record management, and report generation, contributing to accurate sales forecasting and strategy.
+ Ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues, address customer concerns, and navigate process bottlenecks.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping, KPI tracking, and compliance with company policies.

Base Salary: $81,000 - $99,000
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
