The Client Advocate is responsible for building and maintaining positive and growing relationships with clients. This role is a unique hybrid role between customer service and operations. Their main goal is to provide support for customers day-to-day and are the central point of contact for resolving questions, troubleshooting potential issues, ensuring timely ticket resolution, and conducting training. In addition, the Client Advocate is also responsible for managing projects and internal workflow while proactively communicating status to clients as well as maintaining current knowledge on the systems and markets we serve.

What You Will Get To Do:
Serve as primary point of contact, owner of the relationship with the clientSchedule, organize and lead professional meetings with clients, internal resources and external partnersFully understand client issues and concerns to the level of being able to transfer the knowledge to a subject matter expertProvide timely, proactive feedback to clients on outstanding issuesManage contractual SLAs and expirationsActively manage assigned ticketsCoordinate releases with clients, vendors and internal resourcesMaintain system expertise through regularly provided training sessionsTriage and troubleshoot client reported issues or requestsAlways deliver above and beyond service to exceed our clients’ expectationsWhat You Will Bring:
Bachelor's Degree required5+ years’ experience in client service or relationship management positions in the financial technology or banking industryStrong preference for candidates with experience in trust accounting and knowledge of P&I accountingExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to effectively present information and communicate internally to both business and technical levels with the stakeholders and developers involvedAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Familiarity with different phases of SDLC and testing methodologiesFamiliarity with Relational Database navigation (SQL queries, etc.)Proven interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to detail/strategy – necessary to identify programming errors/inconsistencies and recommend solutionsProject Management skills are critical to this position, as success involves strict adherence to projected release datesAbility to work proactively, both independently and in small groupsQuick learner with experience working in fast-paced environments and the ability to multi-task.Some comfort level with navigating through various technology systems to troubleshoot and research software requestsStrong analytical skills to identify system and business impactsThe salary range is 80K to 120K based on experience
