Position Profile:
Reporting to the Unit Leader, the Client Administrator plays a key supporting role within the Accounting/Finance Department, contributing to the efficient operation of client billing, financing and account receivables. This position is responsible for assisting with a variety of finance-related tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Assist with preparation, review, and distribution of client invoices and billing statementsMonitor and follow up on accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure timely collectionsSupport policy and payroll analysis by compiling data, identifying discrepancies, and providing reports as neededCoordinate premium billing and process client payments accuratelyAssist with client financing arrangements, including documentation and payment trackingMaintain up-to-date records in accordance with internal controls and compliance standardsLiaise with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing or payment issues promptlySupport month-end and year-end financial processes as neededPerform a variety of policy premium payroll finance profitability, AR, AP and loss analysis
Qualifications:Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a client-facing environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Possesses a passion to help team members Ability to enthusiastically support and promote Must maintain client confidentiality; demonstrate integrity and code of ethics Accountable, adaptable, and flexible Attention to detail & ability to multi-task Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of team orientation; strong interpersonal communication skills
