Position Information Position Title Clerk II - Incoming Transcripts FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Incoming Transcripts Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 10.84 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - 7:30-5:30, Mon-Thurs; 7:30-11:30, Fri, Overtime, describe requirements - As needed. Summary of Position This job performs general clerical support to Incoming Transcripts department within Student Services. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: processing incoming transcripts, scanning paperwork to a document imaging system and assisting students and staff. Minimum Required Education High School Diploma or GED required Minimum Required Experience Two years wage earning clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school or (30 college credit hours) required. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Access with a high degree of accuracy; + Demonstrated data entry and word processing skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; + Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information; + Ability to adhere to specific procedures; + Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; + Ability to work without extensive supervision.
