DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will review the application and payment method being used prior to processing a request; reject documents to the customer for insufficient fees or more information needed to ensure that the customer receives accurate information/product. You will also use a PC for the data entry process, selecting the requested driving record, producing a letter of clearance, providing micro-film copies, utilizing ECS, scanning and attestations, and you will verify and mail completed information to customers to ensure that each customer receives the appropriate record. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: + Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or + Graduation from high school;or + An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: + You must be able to perform essential job functions.
