Volt is immediately hiring Cleanroom Machine Operators in Greensboro, NC.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

As a Cleanroom Machine Operator you will:

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerform multiple fabrication functions in a the cleanroom.\r\n\tHandle chemicals, microscope inspections, running precision equipment, and processing GaAs wafers to comply with specifications and other requirements.\r\n\tAccuracy in process documentation and data entry required.\r\n\tAssist in general cleanroom housekeeping responsibilities.\r\n\tIn senior and highly skilled levels, employees may perform equipment set-up and calibration as well as perform routine preventative maintenance skills. \r\n\tInspect wafers to ensure unit is defect free and meets all documented workmanship specifications.\r\n\tCollect data as specified by process instructions and monitor process to ensure no occurrence of out-of-control situation.\r\n\tWork with engineering team to assist with complex engineering builds.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal Cleanroom Machine Operator candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tEducation requirement: High School diploma or GED required.\r\n\tSemiconductor processing experience a plus, but not necessary\r\n\tExcellent team skills, work ethic in terms of attendance and organization\r\n\tAbility to sustain high quality of work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.\r\n\tGood hand dexterity, i.e., ability to hand solder and ability to manually handle bare die.\r\n\tAbility to learn quickly and follow written and verbal instructions.\r\n\tGood communication skills\r\n\tAbility to stand, sit, bend, twist consistently for 10 hours.\r\n\tLift and move up to 10 lbs. frequently.\r\n\tMust be flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives, and policies of the company.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Salary: $16 - $20/ hour to include daily and weekly overtime.

\r\n\r\n

Shift Availability: 7pm – 7am

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
