About the Role

BGIS is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our Williamtown site. This role ensures high cleaning standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct site inspections and audits to uphold contract requirements. Manage stock, supplies, and cleaning equipment. Train and support cleaning staff to improve performance and efficiency. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address service requirements. About You Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards. Ability to manage and mentor a team.
