Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Seagate Technologies, Springtown, Derry
Salary: £22,185 per year
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (35 hours per week)
As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo in Derry, you’ll lead a team to ensure that the highest cleaning standards are maintained, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all. What you’ll do:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
Train and support team members in using cleaning equipment and following safety protocols.
Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
What you bring:
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a cleaning or facilities management environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills to lead and motivate a team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
A proactive and hands-on approach with attention to detail.
