Job Summary
The Environmental Specialist will maintain Institute standards of cleanliness in assigned areas to include but not limited to residence halls, apartments, academic buildings, classrooms, athletic/recreational facilities, offices, and service areas.

Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Good communication and customer service skills Ability to comply with standing instructions provided by operating manuals, material safety data sheets, safety rules and regulations for personal protection and safety regarding equipment and chemical usage. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and sanitizing dispensing units. Must have the ability to work flexible hours which may include, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Salary Range/Rate
Expected hiring range: $16.00 + An additional $0.20 per hour will be paid for each year of documented and related experience as approved by the hiring team, up to $17.00 per hour
