Working as part of the mitie cleaning team in a corporate office environment, you will deliver a high standard of cleaning and ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order. You will report into the cleaning supervisor and be responsible for a designated cleaning area whilst also supporting your colleagues to ensure all SLA's are completed to a high standard. You will need to undertake ongoing training required to deliver this role. You will work within a team and also be able to work under your own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all colleagues and customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
