**Clean Room Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Clean Room Assembler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing electrical panels and circuit boards according to related documentation and drawings. This role requires precision, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble, inspect, and prepare electrical panels and circuit boards per related documentation and drawings. + Trim and form leaded parts. + Mask PCBs using liquid mask and Kapton tape. + Depanelize PCBs using manual and automated singulation tools. + Properly fill out production documentation. + Communicate with Cell Team Leaders about parts shortages and problems. + Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and RTV as per documentation and drawings. + Perform final assembly and/or pack and ship as required. + Rotate to different workstations and cells as needed. + Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis as required. + Assemble, inspect, and prepare complex multilevel builds per related documentation and drawings, including wire diagrams and torque specifications. **Essential Skills** + High school education or equivalent. + Ability to read and understand assembly documentation. + Manual dexterity. + Verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work well in a team environment. + Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and be part of a collaborative and supportive work environment. The role requires the use of various tools and equipment, including manual and automated singulation tools. The work hours are consistent, and the dress code is appropriate for a clean room setting. **Job Type & Location** This position is based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
