Compensation:

Rate of Pay $31.00/hrOvertime after 40 hours/ week (Double time for work performed on Sundays and Holidays)Safety BonusPer DiemReferral Bonus PayPaid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

Home Daily- - Monday- Friday (early start time varies 3 a.m./4 a.m.)Layover- Tues Night/ Thursday NightHours can vary based on delivery- early morning start timesAverage 40 hours per week

​Minimum Qualifications

Supervisory/Dispatch experience preferred.

Computer experience (SAP, Google and Excel).

Fleet maintenance experience.

Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Class A CDL driver’s license 

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) expectations:

No accidents in the last three years.

No DUI in the last seven years.

No more than 2 minor moving violations in the last three years.

No serious violations in the last three years (reckless driving, speeding 15+).

No suspensions in the last three years, except for failure to pay child support.

One year experience driving a commercial vehicle or diploma from an accredited truck driving school required within the last four years.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.

Be able to work weekends.

Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Additional Information:

Drive Cam in trucks.

No electronics/Bluetooth allowed.

Zero tolerance for cell and electronic devices while driving an Airgas CMV.

Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet.

Most vehicles are under 6 years old and equipped with driver-friendly technology, such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, latest camera technology and GPS navigation.
