We have a fantastic opportunity for you to play a vital role within a global engineering company as an HGV Class 2 driver. You will be at the forefront, ensuring timely delivery of vital equipment for key projects while representing our organisation in every interaction.

Position Details:

Hours: 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm, with flexibilityNights Away: Up to 4 per week, with an immediate payment of £40 per stay

Location:

Based at our Alton, Hampshire depot

Main Purpose of the Role:

Deliver and collect products safely, securely, efficiently, and effectivelyEnsure compliance with all driving standardsMaintain a professional manner in all interactions

Primary Responsibilities:

Load and unload the vehicleAct as a relief driver, covering various vehicles as neededSecure and protect equipment on the vehicleCommunicate with the Transport Manager and customers to ensure timely deliveryAdhere to all legislation, including Tacho and DSA standardsPerform daily and weekly vehicle checksMaintain a positive image of the brandEnsure vehicle compliance requirements are met

What You Bring:
